Our 14 Day Refund Policy.

We are happy to provide a full refund if requested, but only if the Level Up Elite membership site, content, and app has not been entered or activated. If signed in or activated the customer refund is not possible.

If you have entered the program and activated your account and feel for whatever reason now was not the right time to start we do provide a holding period on the program and are happy to restart your program at a later date within that same year.
